Yoga Happens Between Classes, Too
Please focus on
boosting your immune system, and exercise self-quarantining procedures as applicable. Yogis listen to their bodies.
Yoga is largely about achieving union with our inner guru. A yoga teacher can help us with that, but is not entirely responsible for it. A lot is up to us!
Warm-up is very important, as too is adopting healthy mind-messages. Fear is bad for the immune system, while courage and awareness help us remain strong.
