Yoga Happens Between Classes, Too

Please focus on boosting your immune system, and exercise self-quarantining procedures as applicable. Yogis listen to their bodies.
Yoga is largely about achieving union with our inner guru. A yoga teacher can help us with that, but is not entirely responsible for it. A lot is up to us!

  • 12 Noon-1:00pm for Chair-Based (Adaptive) Yoga
As usual, newcomers are welcome to join, but please contact me beforehand if you are a first time attender. Yoga means 'union' and is for every body, and helps us fit in more healingly and effectively in the world around us at these times of change.

As taught by Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini Yoga teaches of the Ten Bodies that we each have, and in the Kundalini Yoga sessions I lead we are currently working on healing the First Body which is The Soul Body.
