Yoga Happens Between Classes, Too

Please focus on boosting your immune system, and exercise self-quarantining procedures as applicable. Yogis listen to their bodies.
Yoga is largely about achieving union with our inner guru. A yoga teacher can help us with that, but is not entirely responsible for it. A lot is up to us!

Children welcome at Alison's Peterchurch Kundallini Yoga sessions, Mondays 10am-11:30am

"Children are welcome at my 10am-to-11:30am Kundalini Yoga Monday sessions at The Hub, St Peter's Church, Peterchurch," Alison says.

Healthy role modelling for children can include Kundalini Yoga, and children need be no barrier to adult attendance there on a Monday morning.
